# Dialpad Release Notes 25.02.25

Dialpad's desktop app and web portal are designed to live at the center of your business communications, and we're always rolling out product updates containing new features, improvements and bug fixes.

Let's take a look at what's new from our most recent release on ***February 25, 2028.***

## Improvements

### Increased fax size limit

Our [fax service now supports files up to 32MB](https://help.dialpad.com/v1/docs/en/send-receive-a-fax#supported-file-types), making it easier for you to share large documents while keeping pace with industry standards.

### Sync Google Calendar in Dialpad WFM

## Improved message text field

With an improved text field, updated button layout, and a dedicated send button, [sending messages](/v1/docs/send-a-message) is now quicker and more intuitive.

## Critical bug fixes

### Transfer to hold queue bug

Some users reported that the transfer to an [individual call queue](https://help.dialpad.com/v1/docs/en/individual-call-queues-enterprise-accounts-only#enable-individual-call-queue) option was missing. This has been fixed!

### Warm transfer bug

A few users reported that the ‘[Ask first’ option](https://help.dialpad.com/v1/docs/en/transfer-a-call#ask-first-warm-transfer) was greyed out when transferring a call. We’ve fixed this.

### Ai Scorecards bug

Some users reported that supervisors couldn’t [view all Ai Scores in the conversation history](https://help.dialpad.com/v1/docs/en/ai-scorecards#view-graded-interactions). This has been fixed!

## Other improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
