## Improvement

### Deskphone admin password

> [!CAUTION]
> Important
>
> With this security enhancement, existing settings realted to admin passwords will be removed, and old deskphone admin passwords will no longer work. Admins must use their new Desk Phone Admin Password to make changes to their deskphone settings.

### Reclassification of abandoned and missed calls

We’ve launched a new [Early Adopter Program](/v1/docs/reclassification-of-abandoned-and-missed-calls) that provides more precise call segmentation and improve the clarity between Abandoned and Missed calls. This update introduces [granular metrics](/v1/docs/reclassification-of-abandoned-and-missed-calls) to help you better track call behavior and learn why your customer hung up before reaching an agent.

### Time off keywords in Dialpad WFM

Dialpad WFM users can now add their own [time off keywords](https://help.dialpad.com/docs/use-google-calendar-for-time-off#time-off-keywords) to match and sync calendar events when adding or editing a calendar.

### Linking activities to a queue

WFM Admins can now [link activities to a queue](https://help.dialpad.com/docs/understanding-the-coverage-bar#link-to-queue) to track staffing and view forecast data right from within the schedule.

### Set operating times in Dialpad WFM

Dialpad WFM users can now [define their queue’s operating hours](https://help.dialpad.com/docs/create-a-wfm-queue#:~:text=the%20Status%20column.-,Set%20operating%20times,-Define%20your%20queue%E2%80%99s) so customers know when they can reach you and keep staffing on track.

## Critical bug fixes

### Data export bug

Some users reported blank columns showing up in their [exported data](https://help.dialpad.com/v1/docs/en/export-your-analytics-data).**This has been fixed!

### Share line call bug

A few users reported that Department calls went [straight to voicemail](https://help.dialpad.com/docs/voicemail-issues).**We've fixed this.

## Other improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.

Happy Dialing!
