# Dialpad Release Notes 24.11.26

Dialpad's desktop app and web portal are designed to live at the center of your business communications, and we're always rolling out product updates containing new features, improvements and bug fixes.

Let's take a look at what's new from our most recent release on ***November 26, 2024***.

## Improvements

### Conversation history improvement

We’ve simplified how you [view your digital and call conversations](/v1/docs/using-conversation-history) by bringing them together into a unified list, neatly organized by date and time.

Plus, to make it easier to find specific conversations, we’ve introduced new filters for Ai Agent/IVR and Account, giving you more control and flexibility in locating the details you need. ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/0f28ad44-2863-4372-a27e-c6728808d742/Images/Documentation/conversation-filters.png)

### Call recording access improvements

When [automatic call recording](/v1/docs/enable-office-wide-call-recording) is enabled for an office, users will now be able to access their own calls that were automatically recorded.

## Critical bug fixes

### External number routing bug

Some users reported that there was no option to route calls to an external number when [setting up bulk holiday routing](https://help.dialpad.com/v1/docs/en/global-contact-centers-settings#create-a-multicontact-center-holiday).**This has been fixed!

### Ai CSAT bug

A few users reported that Ai CSAT were not being shown for [recent Coaching team calls](https://help.dialpad.com/v1/docs/en/ai-csat-customer-satisfaction#ai-csat-analytics).**We've fixed this.

## Other improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
