# Dialpad Release Notes 24.10.22

## Critical bug fixes

### Agent status data bug

Some users reported discrepancies in the data when [exporting agent statuses](https://help.dialpad.com/v1/docs/en/contact-center-analytics#available-metrics).**This has been fixed!

### Call participant bug

A few users reported that they were unable to [search for participants](https://help.dialpad.com/v1/docs/en/using-call-history#call-participant-filter) in the Conversation history.**We've fixed this.

### Local presence bug

Some users reported that Coaching team [trainees were unable to use local presence](https://help.dialpad.com/v1/docs/en/local-presence#use-local-presence-in-coaching-teams). This has been fixed.

## Other improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
