# Dialpad Release Notes 24.09.17

Let's take a look at what's new from our most recent release on ***Sept 17, 2024**.*

## New

### Add-to-channel option when mentioning users in channels

You now have an option to Invite, Add, or Do nothing when [mentioning users to channels](https://help.dialpad.com/docs/channels#what-happens-if-i-tag-someone-in-a-channel-that-they-are-not-a-part-of) they aren't part of. ### Multi-factor authentication

<meta charset="utf-8">Previously in an Early Adopter Program, Dialpad’s simple, yet highly effective, [multi-factor authentication (MFA) solution](/v1/docs/mfa) is now available to all Dialpad users. MFA <meta charset="utf-8">reduces the possibility of fraud and compromised accounts by requiring users to authenticate their identity with multiple methods.

## Improvements

### Longer wait time for Contact Center queues

### Search for Coaching Teams

## Critical bug fixes

### Monitor all Contact Center bug

Some users reported that the [agents tab](https://help.dialpad.com/v1/docs/en/monitor-all-contact-centers#specific-agents-filter) kept resetting while scrolling, preventing them from seeing the full list of agents.**This has been fixed!

### Clone holiday bug

A few users reported that they were unable to [clone a holiday](https://help.dialpad.com/v1/docs/en/set-holiday-hours-routing-rules#bulk-holiday-management). We've fixed this.

### Delete SMS registration bug

Some users reported that they were unable to [delete their SMS registration](https://help.dialpad.com/v1/docs/en/edit-or-delete-an-sms-campaign#delete-brand-or-campaign-registration). This has been fixed!

## Other improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
