## New

### Multi-factor Authentication

We're excited to introduce [Multi-factor Authentication (MFA)](https://help.dialpad.com/v1/docs/en/mfa) for open-signup users. ## Improvement

### Custom status deletion

You can now easily manage your [custom status](/v1/docs/set-a-custom-status) listings. Delete old custom statuses from the drop-down menu, helping you keep your list organized and up-to-date.

### User deletion improvement

[When deleting a user](https://help.dialpad.com/v1/docs/en/add-remove-team-members#remove-a-team-member) [](https://help.dialpad.com/v1/docs/en/add-remove-team-members#remove-a-team-member), the prompt box will now show the user's full name and email address. This helps ensure you're selecting the correct user, reducing the chance of accidental deletion.

## Critical bug fixes

### Stuck on a call bug

Some users reported that they got [stuck on a Contact Center call](https://help.dialpad.com/v1/docs/working-as-a-contact-center-supervisor#change-agent-status) after transferring the call. This has been fixed!

### Local presence bug

A few users reported that they were unable to [use local presence](https://help.dialpad.com/v1/docs/en/local-presence#how-local-presence-works) when dialing out.**We've fixed this.

### Holiday deletion bug

Some users reported that after [deleting an office holiday](https://help.dialpad.com/v1/docs/en/set-holiday-hours-routing-rules#remove-or-edit-holidays), it continued to appear in the list of office holidays. This has been fixed!

## Other improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
