# Dialpad Release Notes 24.06.11

Let's take a look at what's new from our most recent release on ***June 11, 2024.***

## New

### Toll-free and International faxing

You now have the flexibility to assign and [activate toll-free and international fax lines](/v1/docs/purchase-and-assign-fax-licenses)! Quick and secure, Dialpad's virtual faxing service is the best way to send and receive faxes without a landline!

## Improvements

### International services filter

Admins can now easily identify which of their agents have activated International Services by using the **International Service** filter.

### Conversation Type filter

With a simple name change, filtering your calls and meetings just became more intuitive! ## Critical bug fixes

### Contact Center Ai CSAT bug

Some users reported that Ai CSAT failed to activate after [enabling it on a Contact Center](https://help.dialpad.com/v1/docs/en/ai-csat-customer-satisfaction#how-ai-csat-works), causing the data to be unavailable.**This has been fixed!

### Backup call recording bug

A few users reported that they couldn't enable the [backup call recording to the Coaching team](https://help.dialpad.com/v1/docs/en/bulk-backup-for-call-recordings#enable-call-backup-for-coaching-teams) in a secondary office.**We've fixed this.

### Playbook bug

Some users reported that when an agent [selected a Playbook during a live call](https://help.dialpad.com/v1/docs/en/ai-playbooks#use-ai-playbooks), the default Playbook appeared in the post-call wrap-up. This has been fixed!

## Other improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
