### Digital Agent — Quick reply and tags

Use the pre-written answers available in the[Quick Reply feature](https://help.dialpad.com/docs/using-the-digital-engagement-email-channel#quick-reply) to quickly respond to frequently asked questions. ## Critical bug fixes

### Agent state bug

Some users reported that users couldn't disable the [agent state option](https://help.dialpad.com/v1/docs/en/manage-a-contact-center#set-available-and-busy-state-preferences) in the Global Contact Center settings.**This has been fixed!

### Analytics filter bug

A few users reported that they were unable to [choose and filter the 'Today' option](https://help.dialpad.com/docs/analytics-charting-data#additional-filters) from the Analytics drop-down menu.**We've fixed this.

### Export report bug

****

Some users reported that when they tried [exporting a report](https://help.dialpad.com/docs/export-your-analytics-data#export-data), they got an email saying that the report couldn't be generated. This has been fixed!

## Other improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
