## Critical bug fixes

### CSAT survey bug

Some users reported that when they sent HELP or STOP to a [CSAT survey](https://help.dialpad.com/docs/customer-satisfaction-csat-surveys#sms-csat-surveys), they didn't receive the correct response.**This has been fixed!

### Yealink desk phone bug

A few users reported that their recently set up [Yealink devices](https://help.dialpad.com/docs/configuring-yealink-devices-to-dialpad) weren't recording call history and the redial button wasn't working.**We've fixed this.

## Other improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
