    Ai Recaps

    The next generation of Ai-powered summaries is here! Ai Recaps instantly summarize your calls and meetings, collecting valuable Ai insights and action items to keep your team on track and ensure your clients receive the service they deserve  — all created with Dialpad's proprietary generative Ai, Dialpad GPT.

    Critical bug fixes

    CSAT survey bug

    Some users reported that when they sent  HELP or STOP to a CSAT survey, they didn't receive the correct response. This has been fixed!

    Yealink desk phone bug

    A few users reported that their recently set up Yealink devices weren't recording call history and the redial button wasn't working. We've fixed this.

    Other improvements

    We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
