# Dialpad Release Notes 24.02.27

When sharing a conversation link or website URL, [Message previews](https://help.dialpad.com/docs/send-a-message#message-previews) are now displayed.

## Critical bug fixes

### Stuck contact center alert bug

Some users reported that [after selecting 'Go on Duty'](https://help.dialpad.com/docs/working-as-a-contact-center-agent#declined-and-missed-calls) following a missed call, the interface became unresponsive. This has been fixed!

### Local presence bug

A few users reported that there were no options to [set a local presence](https://help.dialpad.com/docs/local-presence#enable-local-presence-for-a-contact-center) as a Contact center's caller ID.**We've fixed this.

### Live dashboard bug

Some users reported that the number of available agents displayed on the [Contact Center live dashboard](https://help.dialpad.com/docs/multiple-contact-centers-live-dashboard#contact-centers-dashboard) was incorrect. This has been fixed!

We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
