Let's take a look at what's new from our most recent release on ***January 16, 2024*** ## Critical bug fixes ### IVR workflow connectivity bug **** Some users reported that their [IVR workflow](https://help.dialpad.com/v1/docs/en/ivr-workflows#enable-ivr-workflows) was not properly connecting to the [geographic router](https://help.dialpad.com/docs/geographic-routing), and calls were getting disconnected.**This has been fixed! ### Duplicate messages bug **** **** A few users reported that some of the [messages](/v1/docs/send-a-message) they sent were duplicated.**We've fixed this. ### Disconnected call display bug Some users reported that their calls were not connecting but were still displaying as an [active call](https://help.dialpad.com/docs/active-call-controls). This has been fixed! ## Other improvements We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
