# Dialpad Release Notes 23.10.02

Let's take a look at what's new from our most recent release on October 2, 2023.

## Improvements

**<meta charset="utf-8">****SMS delivery receipts analytics****|******We've added delivery receipts analytics for your [SMS direct messages](https://help.dialpad.com/v1/docs/send-a-message#sms-delivery-receipt), allowing you to see the number of messages that were successfully sent, delivered or failed. You can view this on the **Texts tab**under your office's analytics.

**New extension options****|******We know that sometimes you want a very specific number for your [extension](/v1/docs/add-edit-and-remove-extensions), and we're happy to offer more options! You can now have a 4,5 or 6-digit extension for your users or shared lines.

## Critical bug fixes

**<meta charset="utf-8">****Agents and Admins section loading bug****|****** A few users reported that they encountered an authorization error when accessing the [agents and admins](https://help.dialpad.com/docs/manage-a-contact-center#assign-agents-admins) section of the contact center. We've fixed this!

**Real-Time Assist bug****|******Some users reported that [RTA cards](https://help.dialpad.com/docs/real-time-assist-cards) do not populate even though trigger words were verbalized on a call. This has been fixed.

## Other improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
