Let's take a look at what's new from our most recent release on September 12, 2023. You'll also discover some bug fixes to improve reliability. ## New ******CHALLENGER Playbook |******We've added a brand new sale methodology to Diapad's Ai Playbooks. The [CHALLENGER Playbook](https://help.dialpad.com/v1/docs/ai-playbooks#challenger-playbook) encourages sales reps to challenge their prospects' assumptions and educate them on new perspectives, positioning them as trusted advisors. ## Critical Bug Fix ******Call recording bug |****** Some users reported that call recordings older than Nov 2018 were showing an incorrect call recording access error. We've fixed this. **Salesforce SMS Logging Bug |******A few users reported that when they were using the Salesforce CTI, SMS logging was failing for SMS's [sent on shared lines.](https://help.dialpad.com/docs/salesforce-sms-logging-shared-lines-early-adopter-program) We've fixed this. ## Other Improvements We've also fixed some minor bugs, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
