# Dialpad Release Notes 22.12.09

We're always rolling out updates that contain new features and capabilities to ensure customers get the most out of Dialpad.

Dialpad's desktop app and web portal are made to live at the center of your business communications — update your [desktop app](https://www.dialpad.com/download/), or visit Dialpad's [web portal](https://www.dialpad.com/features/web-portal/)to take advantage of the latest additions. You'll also discover some bug fixes to improve reliability.

Let's take a look at what's new from our most recent release on December 9th, 2022.

## New

**Whisper for Digital Engagement Supervisors |** Contact Center Supervisors using Digital Channels can now [Whisper to their agents](/v1/docs/working-as-a-digital-engagement-supervisor#supervisor-whisper), providing them with invaluable tips to guide them through difficult situations.

**Take Over for Digital Engagement Supervisors |** Contact Center Supervisors using Digital Channels can now [Take Over an Agent's conversation](/v1/docs/working-as-a-digital-engagement-supervisor#supervisor-take-over) if they feel it is headed in an undesirable direction.

**Wireless Screenshare with Room Solutions |**Designed for hybrid collaboration, Room Solutions allows Users to walk into a [Dialpad Meetings For Rooms](https://www.dialpad.com/rooms/)equipped conference room and [seamlessly shift their meeting](/v1/docs/dialpad-meetings-room-device-features) from a laptop, or mobile, to the big screen (ie your room TV) with just one simple click.

## Critical Bug Fixes

**Re-captcha Issue |** Some Users were reporting issues with the re-captcha during signup. This has been fixed.

## Other Improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
