# Dialpad Release Notes 22.10.31

We're always rolling out updates that contain new features and capabilities to ensure customers get the most of Dialpad.

Update your [desktop app](https://www.dialpad.com/download/), or visit Dialpad's [web portal](https://www.dialpad.com/features/web-portal/) to take advantage of the latest additions. You'll also discover some bug fixes to improve reliability. Dialpad's desktop app and web portal are made to live at the center of your business communications.

Let's take a look at what's new in this release for Oct 31st, 2022.

## Critical Bug Fix

**Duplicate Email Glitch |**Some users reported an email duplication when adding and editing a saved email address in the [Contact Center advanced settings](/v1/docs/manage-a-contact-center#advanced-settings). This has now been fixed.

**Retention Policy Glitch |** Some users reported they were unable to access archived call transcripts after changing the [Retention Policy](/v1/docs/data-retention-policy) to "Cleanup and Archive". This has been fixed.

## Improvements and Fixes

We've also fixed some minor bugs, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
