New
UCaaS
Duplicate a Contact Center | Dialpad now provides the ability to duplicate an existing Contact Center. Take an existing Contact Center and duplicate it with the same parameters, to create a brand new Contact Center.
Search Logs | We've added the ability to restrict CSR BQ Log Search queries to the Call start and end window. When requesting BQ logs in CSR, we now limit your search to the start and end time of a specific call for faster results by default, although you can expand your search to the whole day if needed. This reduces the time to result to just a couple of seconds from upwards of 30!

We've also fixed some minor bugs, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
