We're always rolling out updates that contain new features and capabilities to ensure customers get the most of Dialpad.

Update your [desktop app](https://www.dialpad.com/download/), or visit Dialpad's [web portal](https://www.dialpad.com/features/web-portal/) to take advantage of the latest additions. You'll also discover some bug fixes to improve reliability. Dialpad's desktop app and web portal are made to live at the center of your business communications.

## New

### Contact Center

**QA Scorecards Grader Role |** We've launched a new role to further enhance your QA Scorecard experience. [QA Graders](/v1/docs/qa-scorecards#who-can-do-what) can now be assigned Admin-level QA Scorecard permissions, without needing Office Admin-level access.

## Critical Bug Fixes

**UX glitch |** The DND group toggle was sometimes toggling on/off without being selected. This has been fixed.

## Other Improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
