### Ai Playbooks for Meetings
[Ai Playbooks](https://help.dialpad.com/v1/docs/en/ai-playbooks#ai-playbooks-for-meetings) can also be used in Dialpad Meetings! Utilizing Dialpad's real-time speech recognition and generative AI, they guide users through difficult conversations and ensure your preferred sales techniques are used at every meeting.
## Critical bug fix
### Coaching team playbooks bug
Some users reported that Contact Center agents who were part of the coaching team couldn't access [AI Playbooks on the meeting summary page](https://help.dialpad.com/v1/docs/en/ai-playbooks#postcall-insights). **This has been fixed!
