Ai Playbooks for Meetings

Ai Playbooks can also be used in Dialpad Meetings! Utilizing Dialpad's real-time speech recognition and generative AI, they guide users through difficult conversations and ensure your preferred sales techniques are used at every meeting. 

Critical bug fix

Coaching team playbooks bug

Some users reported that Contact Center agents who were part of the coaching team couldn't access AI Playbooks on the meeting summary page.  This has been fixed!

Other improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall Dialpad Meetings experience.
