# Dialpad Meetings Release Notes 23.10.27

## Improvements

### Contact participants through Salesforce

We've improved our [contact matching](https://help.dialpad.com/v1/docs/en/salesforce-dialpad-meetings#contact-matching) by first looking for someone's email, then the phone number, and then their name. This way you're more likely to find the right person.

### Firewall issues when joining a meeting

We've added an option for you to [dial out and join a meeting](https://help.dialpad.com/v1/docs/en/start-join-a-meeting#dialout-by-phone) even if your internet connection has blocked Ubervoip.

## Critical bug fix

### Selected layout not syncing

Some users reported that the [chosen layout](https://help.dialpad.com/docs/using-video-with-dialpad-meetings#change-video-layout) did not sync when a participant switched to the conference room. This has been fixed.
