# Desk Phone Doesn’t Display Dialpad Activate

Provisioning third-party devices can be tricky, and sometimes you won't see 'Dialpad Activate' appear.

Don't worry, this is a simple fix, and we're here to help guide you through it.

Each manufacturer has a unique process, so be sure to follow the steps for your device.

## Access deskphone admin password

Company admins can access their organization’s deskphone password directly from the Company Settings. This admin password applies to all deskphones activated with Dialpad.

To access the deskphone admin password, navigate to **Dialpad Admin Portal**.

1. Select My **Company**
2. Select **Deskphone Settings** ![Deskphone settings page showing admin password input and navigation options.](https://cdn.us.document360.io/0f28ad44-2863-4372-a27e-c6728808d742/Images/Documentation/deskphone-settings(4).png)
3. Navigate to **Deskphone Admin Password**
4. Select the eye icon to see the password

Then, log in to the deskphone's web interface using "admin" as your username and your assigned deskphone admin password.

> For unassigned Dialpad provisioned devices use the default deskphone password: 3425723, which spells "Dialpad" on a phone keypad.
