# Customize Desk Phone Appearance

You can customize the look and feel of your desk phone screen to reflect your corporate branding, creating a personalized corporate experience.

These phone models can have a customized screen added to them:

| **Yealink** | T33G, T34W, T43U, T44W, T46U, T48U, T53, T53W, T54W, T57W, T58W |

| **Poly VVX Obi** | 250, 350, 450 |
| **Poly VVX UCS** | 201, 301, 311, 401, 410, 411, 501, 601 |
| **Cisco** | 6800, 6821, 6841, 6851, 6861, 7800, 7811, 7821, 7841, 7861, 8800, 8811, 8821, 8841, 8845, 8851, 8861, 8865 |
| **Grandstream** | GRP2612, GRP2613, GRP2615, GRP2650, GRP2670, GXP2135, GXP2140, GXP2170 |

## Adding a custom screen background and logo

To add a custom background screen and logo to a desk phone screen, go to your Dialpad **Admin Settings**.

> Tip
> 
> When customizing the phone screen, it’s recommended to choose a background that doesn’t use bright colors to prevent screen washout.

1. Navigate to **Office** > **Office Settings**

3. Under the **Logo display** section, upload your logo file and select **Upload Logo**
4. Under the **Custom Background** section, upload your background and select **Upload Background**

Once the changes are made, the phone reboots and the changes are displayed on the phone screen.
