# Call Parking

Call parking allows you to place a call on hold that can be answered by anyone in your Office, Department, or Contact Center. Agents have access to the pool of parked calls to ensure calls are handled quickly and efficiently.

## Park a call

****Yealink T series models****

To park a call, press **Park** during an active call.

****Poly VVX Obi series models****

To park a call:

1. Press the **Hold**button or soft key
2. Press the **Park**soft key

****Poly UCS Edge E series models****

To park a call, press the **Park** soft key.

## Unpark a call

****Yealink T series models****

To unpark a call:

1. Press **More** > **Parking**
2. Select the desired call
3. Select **Unpark**

****Poly VVX Obi series models****

To unpark a call:

1. Press the **More** soft key
2. Select **Parked Calls**
3. Press **Unpark**

****Poly UCS Edge E series models****

To unpark a call:

1. Press the **More**>**More** soft key
2. Select **Parked Calls**>**View**
3. Select **Unpark**
