# Call History

From your call history on your desk phone, you can view your previous calls made to it. You can also easily view missed calls, redial a past phone number, add a phone number as a contact, and more.

## Accessing Call History

You can access the call history on these desk phone models:

****Yealink T series models****

To access the call history, press the **History** soft key.

Here, you can view menus for:

- All Calls
- Missed Calls
- Placed Calls
- Received Calls
- Forwarded Calls

Within each menu, you have to option to:

- Delete the phone number
- Press **Option** to:
  - View the call details
  - Add the phone number as a contact
  - Add the phone number to your Blocklist
  - Delete the call instance

****Poly Obi VVX series models****

To access the call history, press the **Calls** soft key.

Alternatively, you can:

1. Press the **Home** button
2. Navigate to **Call History** and press the **Select** button

Here, you can view menus for:

- All Calls
- Received Calls
- Outgoing Calls
- Missed Calls

For each menu, you can press **Clear List** to delete call instances for the selected list.

****Poly UCS Edge E series models****

To access the call history, press the **Recent Calls** soft key.

Here, you can view all call instances, including:

- All Calls
- Missed Calls
- Placed Calls
- Received Calls

For each call, you have to option to:

- Dial the number
- Press the **Info** soft key to get info about the caller. From this info, you can:
  - Edit the contact phone number
  - Add the contact to your local directory on the desk phone
  - Delete the call instance
- Press the **Filter** soft key to filter by call types, including:
  - All Calls
  - Missed Calls
  - Received Calls
  - Placed Calls
- Press the **More** > **Sort** soft key to organize the call history. You can organize the call history by:
  - Time
  - Name
  - Ascending order
  - Descending order
- Press the **More** > **Clear** soft key to delete call types, including:
  - All Calls
  - Missed Calls
  - Received Calls
  - Placed Calls
  - Displayed Calls
