We're currently on app version **v9.12******— be sure to update your app to take advantage these latest features. Let's take a look at what's new from our most recent release on October 7, 2023 ## Critical bug fix ### Contact center supervisors are unable to barge or takeover the call **** Some users reported that calls failed when a supervisor tried to [barge or takeover](https://help.dialpad.com/v1/docs/en/call-monitoring-features) a call. This has been fixed! ### Unable to minimize keyboard while in transfer screen **** **** A few users reported that the keyboard remains active after searching for a contact when [transferring a call](https://help.dialpad.com/docs/transfer-a-call#transfer-on-the-android-app). **We've fixed this. ### Disconnecting outbound HD calls **** Some users reported that when making an outbound [HD call](https://help.dialpad.com/docs/hd-calling), it will abruptly end without warning This has been fixed! ## Other improvements We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
