We're currently on app version **9.11** — be sure to update your app to take advantage these latest features. Let's take a look at what's new from our most recent release on **September 8, 2023**. ## New ### Call purpose and Ai Sentiment You can now view the [call purpose and sentiment for your Contact Center](https://help.dialpad.com/v1/docs/en/ai-dialpad-dialpad-ai#call-purpose) calls directly from your Android device. This enhancement allows for easier call management and provides better visibility while on the go. ## Critical bug fix ### ****Call takeover bug**** A few supervisors noted that they were unable to take over calls.****This has been fixed! ## Other Improvements We've also fixed some minor bugs, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
