Disconnect From Salesforce Sandbox

Salesforce connects and re-authenticates with the production credentials.

To disconnect from the Salesforce Sandbox and connect to the production account, first, the Salesforce admin must log out of Dialpad.

After successfully logging out, you'll need to disconnect via the Dialpad app — this can be done in the desktop or the web app.

  1. Open the right-hand sidebar
  2. Open the Salesforce widget
  3. Hover over the Salesforce title to access the Options menu (that's the 3 vertical dots)
  4. Select Disconnect
  5. Select Disconnect to confirm

Once completed, users will need to complete the same steps.
