The Dialpad Admin Change Log provides visibility to company stakeholders and insight into feature usage and user management for compliance and auditing purposes. Events that are tracked include changes made in the Company Settings or User Account, which can be exported into a CSV audit log. To access the changelog, Admins can go to their Company Settings or Office Settings, select Export .CSV Logs, and receive an email with a link to download the data.
Not only that, but it also provides insight into feature usage and User management for compliance and auditing purposes.

How to access the changelog
Changelogs are accessed from your Company Settings or your Office Settings.
First, head to your Admin Settings at Dialpad.com.
To access Company changelogs
- Select My Company
- Click the dropdown menu (the down arrow) beside Export .CSV Log
- Select Changelog
You'll receive an email shortly, with a link to download your data.
To access Office changelogs
- Navigate to Office Settings
- Select Export .CSV logs
You'll receive an email shortly, with a link to download your data.
